In response to growing demand for convenient access to banking services, Dubai Bank announced today that it has opened two new branches in Dubai. This brings the bank's UAE network to a total of 23 branches, with 12 branches in Dubai alone.
Dubai Bank’s new branches include one located next to the Shangri-La Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, which includes a dedicated Royal Banking section. The second new branch is at the bustling Dubai Convention Centre, ideal for both business and retail banking customers alike.
“The launch of our new branches is testimony to the rapid growth of our customer base and their increasing demand for our services," said Mohamed Amiri, Head of Retail Banking at Dubai Bank. "Our new premises are in prime business locations and will allow our customers in the Sheikh Zayed Road/DIFC vicinity to conduct their banking needs with greater convenience."
Both branches offer a wide range of personal, corporate and business banking facilities, as well as 24-hour ATMs and cash deposit machines.
Tariq Al Farsi, Head of Branches, Dubai Bank, said: "Our new branches are in line with the bank’s vision to increase our presence in the UAE and to be closer to our customers. Last year, we opened two branches and we are happy to continue the trend this year, while maintaining our focus on serving our customers' needs.”
Al Farsi added that a total of 20 employees will serve customers from the two new branches.
