du Signs Partnership Agreement with Tanmia to Promote Emiratization
du, the integrated telecom service provider in the UAE, signed an MOU today with ‘Tanmia’, The National Human Resource Development & Employment Authority, committing to recruit and train national candidates nominated by Tanmia, in call centre and retail positions within the company.
The selected national candidates will be given specialized training and recruited to work in the company’s retail shops across the UAE. The initial phase of the MOU will include training 100 nationals in Emirates Academy, and recruiting them directly after that.
Faddah Lootah, Acting Director General, Tanmia, commenting on the partnership said “Tanmia is very keen to cooperate with national organizations to achieve the government’s strategy towards Emiratization. We believe that du represents a truly unique work environment for national talents to further develop and grow, and we will continue collaborating in such areas”.
