Veteran Actor and Hollywood royalty Michael Douglas has denied rumors that he and his lovely fiancé Welsh-born Catherine Zeta Jones are to be married on September 30th in a Spanish Style Bacara esort and Spa in Santa Barbra, reported ABC online.

The British Sun newspaper, reported on Thursday that the couple had chosen the luxury 78-acre holiday complex as the venue for their wedding, just weeks after the actress gave birth to their first son Dylan on August 9.

"Catherine and Michael are thrilled about the wedding. Little Dylan has come along and is a beautiful baby. They are both ecstatic," an unnamed source told the Sun.

The resort, where the couple were rumored to stay in the 3,500 pounds a night presidential suite, is just miles away from Douglas's former marital home with ex-wife Diandra.

However, Actor Michael Douglas denied the reports saying the couple has never even heard of the resort the Sun mentioned, reported Fox news.

"There's not an ounce of truth about Michael and Catherine'' in the report, said Allen Burry, a spokesman for Douglas' Further Films production company. "They are not getting married on the 30th; they are not getting married at this place; they don't even know what it is.''

The couple plans to marry by the end of the year, but no date or place has been set, Burry said. Douglas and Zeta-Jones, who share a Sept. 25 birth date, met at the Deauville Film Festival in France in August 1998, began dating in March 1999 and got engaged on New Year's Eve.

A spokeswoman for the resort also said the story was untrue.
