According to PETRA, Donor countries will meet at the dead
Sea on Monday to discuss the reconstruction of Iraq in the
presence of more than 60 countries and international organizations.
Representatives of these countries and organizations will
also review progress achieved in this regard and lessons that have
been learnt from the reconstruction process in Iraq.
The meeting, which is the fourth for the International
Reconstruction Fund Facility for Iraq, which is hosted by Jordan and
presided over by Canada, will focus on the accomplishments that have
been achieved in this regard.
Iraq will present its priorities and the best means to coordinate
efforts to continue the reconstruction of the country.
The meeting will also give momentum to the reconstruction efforts.
