DHL's new Country Manager launches Pole Position for Jordan

DHL Jordan, the leading express and logistics provider has recently launched a new internal initiative, Pole Position at the Jordan Speed Center, one of the finest and most up to date karting facilities in the region.

The program aimed at building teamwork traits among staff was kicked off in the presence of the new Country Manager, Adel Hanna who has recently joined DHL Jordan after he held various positions in DHL Express since 1980 in different countries including Egypt, UAE and the United Kingdom.

“Pole position is all about showing speed, precision and credibility to move further ahead of our competition as the year unfolds. It’s about showing teamwork passion to stay on track and achieve the ultimate goal which is to win the race in 2007,” said Adel Hanna, Country Manager for DHL Jordan.

Best achieving employees were honored during the day specially those who displayed traits related to the company’s seven corporate values, as well as high levels of professionalism coupled with a tendency to go over the line of duty by displaying innovation and initiative.

Signifying DHL’s commitment to create an innovative culture combining passion and knowledge, DHL Jordan employees had the chance to race against each other with motorcars on the track of the Jordan Speed Center.
