Damascus Governor Dr. Mohammed Al-Mofti began Wednesday an official visit to Kuwait, confirming the depth of bilateral relations between the Syrian and Kuwaiti people.
In remarks issued to KUNA news agency upon his arrival to the country, Al-Mofti said this visit comes in response to an invitation that was extended by the Secretary-General of the Arab Cities Organization AbdulAziz Al-Adsani, which aims to boost cooperation between the organization and Damascus as well to boost municipality relations between Kuwait and Syria.
