Daesh (ISIS) has executed 26 civilians, ten beheaded, after overrunning their villages near Syria's ancient city of Palmyra, AFP reported Thursday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Director Rami Abdel Rahman said the civilians were killed after the militants accused them of conspiring with the Syrian regime.
