A new Curiosity culture is underway this summer at UM Dubai. People, planning, buying, investment, development and measurement methods will all be developed even further to deliver even more. Where other agencies say "yes, but", UM will be saying "yes,&" to create results that are over and above the brief as part of this whole new brand offering from UM.
To kick off this extensive drive, the agency is embarking on an extensive program designed to improve its staff's thinking, planning and product to ensure this new way of thinking translates into more talented and more 'Curious' people.
The program entitled 'Summer School' officially starts on 22nd July with a 2-day workshop, followed by individual modules which will go over the key tools and techniques in more detail.
The first session will focus on distilling all the learnings, insights and strategic direction into one compelling brief – the Curiosity brief.
