CrysTelCall Wins 2008 Middle East Call Center of the Year Award

CrysTelCall the first independent outsourcing contact center in Jordan won the prestigious award for the Best Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) in the Middle East in a ceremony held in the United Arab Emirates.    The award comes after CrysTelCall was nominated among many regional call centers by evaluating the organization on different criteria that include the quality of service provided, customer references, technology, the processes implemented and the service delivery architecture.  Based on these evaluation criteria, CrysTelCall was ranked the first in the Middle East in the category of call centers with less than 71 seats.
CrysTelCall which marked its’ first year anniversary in May, has achieved remarkable results so far. Firstly, CrysTelCall provided contact center services in four languages including English, Arabic, French and Russian.  Secondly, CrysTelCall served clients locally, regionally and internationally in eight vertical markets that include IT, Telecom, Banking, Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, Government and Media. Finally, CrysTelCall developed a technology and service delivery architecture that is based on the highest industry standards.  CrysTelCall with its main headquarters and operations facility in Jordan has also established an office in Canada to provide sales and marketing support in North America.

CrysTelCall is expected to meet its growth target to grow to more than 100 seats by the end of this year and establish another site location next year for further expansion.
