CO-OP ISLAMI, the region’s leading producer and retailer of real halal products, announced today the launch of a new range of products that will enhance the company’s productivity line. The company decided to have its own vegetable products produced within the same quality standards of CO-OP ISLAMI’s known range of products.
Commenting on the launch of new products, Mustafa Jassem, Demand Manager - CO-OP ISLAMI, said: “The step comes in line with the company’s strategy to offer a new range of products that meet the demands of customers.”
“Based on consumers and customers requirement of entering the vegetable business, COOP ISLAMI has decided to go ahead with the new product line. The Vegetable product will be released in two phases, the first started in Ramadan with four kinds of frozen vegetables that are mix vegetable, green cut beans, fine okra and green peas,” he said.
Mr. Mustafa added: “ Ramadan was chosen to launch this product because of the nature of this holy month, besides consumers habits change and increase, therefore we can consider it as one of CO-OP ISLAMI surprises.”
“The packaging was selected very carefully and designed by one of the biggest design companies in the packing business to match the quality of the product,” he concluded.
