Conrad Cairo has proven its culinary leadership among Cairo’s five star hotels by winning the golden medal in the artistic Salon du Chocolat showpiece competition.
The competition was held between the chefs of four of Egypt's best-known hotels. Each hotel entered the competition with chocolate artwork.
The teams were judged on skill, creativity and artistic merit. Conrad Cairo’s young talented chef Mostafa Lotfi participated in the competition and scoped the golden medal ranking first in this competition.

Salon Du Chocolat is an international chocolate exhibition, held for the first time in the Middle East at the. A Parisian chocolate extravaganza, the event is the world's premiere festival for chocolate lovers and manufacturers.

Opening late 2010, SOLANA will open featuring Live Mediterranean cuisine. Not to forget the recently opened JAYDA, open-air modern oriental & Lebanese restaurant and lounge.
