Companies with strong leadership capital will outperform in global financial crisis
Companies which support their market capital by developing leadership capital will outperform in the global financial crisis.
This was the message of the Middle East Management Centre (MEMC) in relation to its Best Practice Conference on "Developing Leadership Capital" which will be held at W Doha Hotel and Residences tomorrow (April 29).
UK-based Senior MEMC International Speaker Chris Leek will share valuable best practices from the Middle East and Europe that will enable the participants to identify future leaders within their respective organizations, as well as design and implement programs for them.
“We have chosen Doha for our Best Practice Conference due to strong interest from Qatari companies for our leadership capital solutions,” MEMC Managing Director and International Consultant Alper Utku said. “We are also quite encouraged with the success of our ongoing projects with leading companies in Qatar.”
