CBRE Hotels Consultancy Services team has strengthened its market leading position with the key appointment of Richard Moore as a Director.

Richard, previously UK Managing Director of QMH (the majority of hotels which operated with an IHG franchise) has dedicated his entire career to the hotel industry. Richard has over 22 years experience working in hotels and hospitality for Plc and Private Equity ownership holding senior positions in both Finance and Operational Management. As Managing Director Richard has run both domestic own brand and large multi-unit franchised hotel operations in the UK and Germany.
Richard’s appointment follows that of Simon M Johnson who commented “When I joined CBRE Hotels I was not aware of the level and depth of hotel operational experience in the team. Richard’s appointment really means we can boast a full house of former CEO’s, MD’s and FD’s from the European hotel industry.
