SMARTRAC N.V., a leading supplier of RFID components, for the second time already attended this year’s Cardex in Cairo, a yearly Middle East event aimed at promoting digital identity assurance solutions in Egypt, Middle East and Africa. The presentation of the company’s product range received great interest by the local audience.
 
Especially SMARTRAC’s high security product segment containing RFID components for ePassports and further eID applications appealed to the participants. There was also great interest in the company’s products from the standard segment such as components for RFID-based car identification, animal identification and also contactless payment.
