Service managers from Canon Middle East’s partners in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia converged in Casablanca to discuss Canon’s roadmap for customer service enhancement for the Maghreb region, as the brand seeks to expand its core business in North Africa.

“Maghreb represents a key market for Canon, as its consumer electronics market is one of the fastest growing in the region. We are committed to offering the best possible after-sales service and support and have redesigned the service to offer more tailored and enhanced support to our customers in this region. We are sure that Maghreb customers will appreciate the enhanced accessibility and assistance offered by the improved service structure,” said Tarek Abdelrahman, B2C Service Manager, Canon Middle East.

The conference saw service managers discuss specific market requirements for Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia and developed strategies for improving customer satisfaction. Through increased technical assistance and management guidance, Canon aims to also improve the service uptime for Maghreb customers.

"Customer satisfaction is our key focus; we understand customer needs and work towards exceeding their expectations. The Maghreb conference is a symbol of commitment to our mission and a milestone in regional service development,” said Samir Quzam, B2B Service Manager, Canon Middle East.
