Canada's foreign ministry Monday warned its nationals to avoid travel to Saudi Arabia because of heightened tensions in the Middle East and the ongoing threat of “terrorism”.
"Canadians traveling for business or family reasons should evaluate carefully the implications for their security and safety before deciding to travel to Saudi Arabia," the ministry said in a statement.
"Canadians should evaluate their need to remain in Saudi Arabia and, if their presence is not essential, should consider leaving." (Albawaba.com)
