Egypt has appointed a new charge d'affaires to head its diplomatic mission in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
The official Middle East News Agency MENA said Ambassador Fouad Mabrouk was named to replace Ismail Ghanim, whose term as Egypt's charge d'affaires in Baghdad expired last month. (Albawaba.com)
