CABLE TV aspirants may have to wait indefinitely for a connection as MMDS-based decoders have run out of stock with almost all the QCV dealers in Qatar, according to Gulf Times.
Dealers who were contacted by the paper Saturday said Qatar Cable Vision, the lone cable TV service provider in the State, had stopped supplying decoders to them. A dealer said QCV had even hinted at a ban on new connections till the much-awaited Microwave Video Distribution System (MVDS) which is to be introduced in Qatar., sia dthe report - Albawaba.com
