British Foreign Minister, Jack Straw Tuesday denied claims that the Government misled the public over Iraq. But, he admitted its second weapons dossier was an "embarrassment" for the cabinet, Sky News quoted him as saying.
The document, published in January, contained 12-year-old material which had been lifted from a student's thesis.
Straw, giving evidence to the Foreign Affairs Select Committee, stated it was a "very substantial error that the sources of the document were not properly attributed."
