British Firms Seek Business in Oman

A trade delegation from Bristol Chamber of Commerce is seeking business with Oman and UAE, said Oman Observer. 

Tracy-Ruff, Mission Manager was quoted by the daily as saying that the trade mission, organized by the Bristol Chamber of Commerce is fully supported by Trade Partners UK and British Embassies in Oman and the UAE.  

The Bristol chamber, which is based in the South West of England has been working in the interests of improved trade and economic development since 1823 and plays an active role in assisting UK companies for exports, said the daily.  

"The purpose of this trade mission is to introduce medium and small-scale British companies to Oman and the UAE market. We have been regularly visiting Oman since 1998," she explained. There are 13 companies from a variety of sectors represented in the British delegation – Albawaba.com
