For the second consecutive year, the Abu Dhabi-based developer of property and lifestyle solutions, announced its participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, to be held between 19 and 22 April at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. As part of their participation, bloom will be announcing sales of a new phase of Italian-style villas and townhouses in its flagship project Bloom Gardens, and will showcase the project’s interior and exterior designs. Additionally, bloom’s stand will include a dedicated space for its Brighton College partnership.
Cityscape visitors will have the opportunity to meet with Brighton College Headmaster Mr. Richard Cairns, who will be available to answer all questions and inquiries related to Brighton College in Bloom Gardens, the first Brighton College to be launched outside the UK and the result of the recent joint venture announced between Bloom Education and Brighton College.
Commenting on bloom’s participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Dr. Hani Shammah, CEO of bloom, said, “Our participation in this prestigious event reflects bloom’s commitment to the development of mixed-use projects that have the end-user in mind, providing all facilities and services within a secure, family-oriented environment, which is something that is one of our top priorities. Further, the release of new villas and townhouses within the project comes as a response to the demand it has generated.”
Italian-style homes are built with traditional design elements in mind. The facades feature arched doors, porches and entrance areas accentuated by small columns. The units also feature high-quality finishes by world-known interior designers, and include elegant kitchens, spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms.
