biz-ability Middle East has been contracted as the exclusive regional representatives for the Global Leadership Alliance (GLA) to offer both premium local and international rollout of its leading people performance services.
biz-ability CEO Hazel Jackson said that becoming a core part of the alliance would allow Middle East companies to access some of the world’s best practice in the latest business and people performance consulting, combining both local knowledge and international expertise.
“The Global Leadership Alliance is the culmination of best-in-class people performance consulting firms, strategically located around the world, that bring global solutions to vital business challenges,” Ms Jackson said.
“Equally, biz-ability has worked in the Middle East for the past 15 years in helping Middle East companies to optimize their purpose, people and performance for greater business success, so this strategic alliance brings a further world view to what we can offer clients on a local and international scale.”
GLA President John Campbell said the exclusivity agreement with biz-ability would allow both the international companies moving in to the Middle East and those expanding from a regional base, the on-the-ground expertise coupled with the seamless consistency of world’s best practice through its affiliated alliance in Europe, USA/Latin American, Asia and Australia.
“biz-ability was an obvious choice to be a part of the alliance due to the quality and level of work which has long been carried out in the Middle East to drive business through the maximum development of its people,” Mr Campbell said.
“Our clients are global organizations that want seamless global reach and multicultural awareness, as well as quality best-of-breed consulting products with proven success in the global & local marketplace. The alliance with biz-ability will allow both GLA clients and those in the Middle East a significant enhanced value in services to bridge the local and international divide,” he said.
