"Bena Properties, a Member of Cham Holding, Lays Down the Cornerstone of Yasmeen Rotana Hotel, its First Development in the Region"

 Bena Properties, Cham Holding’s arm for real estate investment and development, and the largest private Syrian real estate company, launched Yasmeen Rotana Hotel, its first development in the region. Bena Properties has collaborated with Rotana, leading company in hotel management in the MENA region to manage the development.
 
The cornerstone laying ceremony was held under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. Mohammed Naji Otri, Prime Minister of Syria. The five-star hotel is located in Mazzeh on the Damascus-Beirut highway only 15 minutes drive from the heart of Damascus and 35 minutes from Damascus International Airport.

Bena Properties has collaborated with Rotana and with Arabtec as a main contractor for the project to assure developing a state-of-the-art hotel, featuring 338 keys, Yasmeen Rotana Hotel will be Syria’s next landmark in the hospitality sector and tourism industry.
