The Tunisian President Zine al-Abidin Ben Ali visited on August 18 the Yasmine Hammamet, which is an important tourist center in Tunisia. During his visit, the president noted that Yasmine Hammmamet attracts a great deal of tourists and contributes to the tourism development of the country. <i>La Presse</i> reports that Ben Ali has ordered that new facilities will be built and the sports center in Yasmine Hammamet, which was damaged last month, will be renovated in order to increase the number of the tourists coming to the area.
