Bayer Consumer Care (BCC) today announced the launch of Bayer Consumer Care’s Priorin®, the micronutrient special formulation which counters hair loss and promotes healthy hair growth in the UAE.
According to a survey conducted by pollster YouGov in 2009, more than a third of UAE’s residents lost hair to some degree, with almost half of all women (47 per cent) questioned, being affected.
Priorin®, which contains extracts of millet that is rich in necessary nutrients for the hair root, the hair vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and L-cystine, a component of the hair protein keratin, has been endorsed by modern scientific studies.

A single hair grows on an average of one centimetre per month and hence two to three capsules need to be consumed everyday to ensure healthy hair growth, followed by a maintenance therapy of one capsule daily.
