Batelco Jordan joins forces with SmartBuy and opens a customer service booth
Batelco Jordan, a subsidiary of the pioneering telecommunication and IT company Batelco Bahrain, announced the opening of a customer service booth in the SmartBuy centre which specializes in electronics.
A highly specialized team from Batelco Jordan supervises the customer service booth in the SmartBuy centre which displays a range of services and special offers from the company.
Mr. Ihab Hannawi, CEO of Batelco Jordan, says, ‘We are proud to open a branch in SmartBuy as it is a new shopping concept which offers services that focus on customer satisfaction and providing the best, highest quality international brands and the latest solutions and products.’
He added, ‘The Batelco Jordan SmartBuy booth will provide full customer service and offer its clients the widest range of products and services to cover all their needs, including the ‘Dunia’ prepaid cards for mobile and fixed phonecalls; prepaid international calling cards; and a variety of Broadband ADSL services and packages. This booth will also operate as a sales centre to meet the growing requirements of our customers.’
It is worth noting that Batelco Jordan is the first company to offer complete digital communication solutions and it is also unique in the kingdom in that it offers data and information exchange services via Voice Over Internet Protocols via satellites in addition to designing and developing web sites.
