Oman’s Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a verbal message from Sheikh Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, dealing with bilateral relations, existing cooperation between the two countries in several areas and issues of mutual interest.
The Sultan received the message when he met at his office in Bait Al Ma'mourah Tuesday with Abdullah Hassan Saif, Bahraini Minister of Finance and National Economy, the Bahraini King’s envoy.
The visiting minister conveyed the greetings and best wishes of Sheikh Hamad to the Sultan and the people of Oman, according to Oman News Agency.
In return, the Sultan asked the guest to convey his greetings and best wishes to Sheikh Hamad and the Bahraini people.
The meeting was attended by Ahmed bin Abdul Nabi Macki, Minister of National Economy, Supervisor of the Finance Ministry, and Ismail Salim Ali, Bahraini ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. (Albawaba.com)
