BAHRA Cables Company participates in Middle East Electricity 2010

As part of its growing commitment to the Middle East’s major infrastructure projects by supplying cables products and services to help meeting energy and environmental goals, Bahra Cables Company, one of the leading cable factories in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, participated in the Middle East Electricity Show that was held in Dubai International Exhibition Center. Bahra Cables Company’s participation highlighted its operations in KSA and GCC markets.
“The Kingdom’s power-generation capacity and demand is expected to increase as its population is expected to continue to grow. Engineer Idriss renewed commitment of Bahra Cables Company, a member of CPC group, to the production of the best product quality and service and therefore uses cutting edge European machinery and Technology in manufacturing cables. The core technologies in production processes, material applications and logistic procedures were provided by German experts and the key functions are being managed by German engineers.
“Bahra Cables Company is using German technology which allows more production and less cost. The organization has a lean vertical management structure which is designed to integrate with a highly developed IT-based structure. This partnership allows the rapid flow of information through the management chain and facilitates timely response in the best traditions of ‘hands on’ management,” Engineer Idriss added.
Bahra Cables Company has the flexibility to provide a versatile product range to serve the construction, electric utilities, distribution, industrial, oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. The cables products comply with both American standards (UL, ANSI ICEA, ASTM) and European standards (IEC, BS, NF and VDE specifications.), Engineer Idriss explained.
Bahra Cables Company is producing low and medium voltage cables in Saudi Arabia. High voltage cables will be available on a later stage. Saudi Arabia is a cornerstone of Bahra Cables Company’s growth plans for the Middle East.
