Tunisia had a disappointing start within the framework of the XV Men's Junior World Handball Championship. On Monday, the Tunisian were surprised by Israel 29 – 35 and on Tuesday lost to the host country Hungary24 – 29. The games were held in Group D, where Brazil and Romania are yet to play against Tunisia. The games are being held in eleven cities in eastern Hungary. The official organizer of the event is the Hungarian Handball Federation.
