Audi Center Jordan, represented by Nuqul Automotive, recently celebrated the successful graduation of its first Sales Manager from the Audi Management Academy. Mr. Mounir Al-Rifai, who started as a Sales Executive at Nuqul Automotive back in 2006, was promoted to a Senior Sales Executive and then to an Acting Sales Manager, has just achieved the Sales Manager Certification of the Audi Management Academy.
All graduates received an intensive training on business analysis and planning, process management and leadership skills in addition to exchanging best practice examples and lessons learnt regionally as well as internationally.
Mr. Al Rifai, the new Certified Sales Manager at Audi Center Jordan commented: “Receiving this certificate demonstrates our focus on our customers and our commitment towards delivering the best business practices in the automotive industry. Our ambition will never end and we will proceed to implement what we learnt during our daily business in order to strengthen our presence in the market, both locally and regionally”.
Mr. Jeff Mannering, Managing Director of Audi Middle East, stated: “The difference the Academy program has made at the dealerships is already visible, mainly with regards to strategic planning of the business and increased customer focus. It’s fantastic to see the motivation in our dealerships as everybody starts with great plans and expectations into 2010.”
