Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his Palestinian counterpart, Yasser Arafat, held talks Sunday in Sanaa on the latest developments in the Occupied Territories and Israel’s attacks on the Palestinians, reported the official Palestinian news agency, WAFA.
Arafat arrived in Yemen earlier in the day and is due to hold talks with Saudi King Fahd and Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdelaziz later Sunday, said the official Kuwaiti news agency, KUNA.
“Arafat informed the Yemeni leaders of Israel’s latest attacks on the Palestinians,” said WAFA.
The two leaders also discussed international efforts to contain the situation and ways to provide the Palestinians with international protection from the “inhuman” Israeli attacks, the agency added – Albawaba.com
