Showcasing an exciting new line up of SUVs for the UAE at Sharjah Motor Show, Arabian Automobiles with Nissan have reaffirmed its supremacy in the category with the launch of all, 2007 models for its entire SUV range – the largest in the region.
With performance enhancements and stylish new innovations, Nissan and Arabian Automobiles have raised the bar even higher for the SUV category in providing superior driving power, comfort and safety to SUV enthusiasts in the UAE. Adding to this lineup was the new Xterra that has been revealed during the opening day of Sharjah Motor show.
Riding high on the success of its SUVs last year, Nissan revs up the motoring industry a new with a bigger and more spacious interiors; bold and exciting new exteriors; and top-of-the-line technology and engine upgrades guaranteed to keep Nissan’s place at the forefront of the SUV category.
Armada
Performance and versatility are the hallmarks of the new Armada, Japan’s first foray into the full-size SUV segment. Bigger and better in its class, Armada’s three-row seating comfortably accommodates eight passengers.
The SUV is powered by an impressive 340 hp, aluminum-alloy V8 engine providing brisk and responsive acceleration, with formidable 4WD capabilities.
Murano
Technology and engineering excellence are presented in a stylish silhouette that changes traditional perceptions of SUVs and draws attention to crossovers. Inside, spaciousness combines with versatility and comfort to create a world-class driving environment, featuring crafted and contoured seats with leather upholstery and memory function, brushed aluminum trim, an intelligently-designed instrument panel, and a multi-purpose information centre.
Power comes from award winning VQ engine, a 3.5 litre V6 that produces 266 hp at 5,800 rpm and 36.2 kg-m of torque at 3,600 rpm. It’s equipped with the most advanced automatic transmission (CVT) for linear and smooth acceleration and fuel consumption, and has an all auto 4WD.
Pathfinder 2007
The 2007 Pathfinder performance credentials include its rugged, fully boxed all-steel frame, independent double-wishbone front and rear suspension, standard 4.0-liter engine rated at 291 horsepower and 41.7kg-m of torque, and a standard 5-speed automatic transmission.
Patrol
Nissan’s flagship, Patrol acknowledged in the region as the King of All Terrain known as much for its off-road capabilities as for its on-road handling and maneuverability. The 2007 model’s superior driving performance comes from two six cylinder engines which can generate maximum output of up to 280-hp. Nissan’s vaunted engineering expertise becomes evident as the iconic 4x4 displays impressive stability even at high speeds.
