A meeting of Arab committees in France has condemned American aggressive threats and intentions against Iraq, according to an Iraqi News Agency (INA) report Wednesday.
It described such threats as a clear violation of international law and a flagrant interference in the internal affairs of a country, which is a member of the United Nations, INA added.
The meeting issued a statement calling for confronting US threats and adopting practical measures to lift the embargo of Iraq without conditions or restrictions.
Moreover, the statement praised Iraqis’ steadfastness in facing up to the unjust embargo and American aggressive threats, INA concluded. (Albawaba.com)
