ALBAWABA - A fourth Bahraini soldier succumbed to his wounds following an attack earlier this week near the Saudi border with Yemen, the Bahrain army said.
On Monday, an attack targeted soldiers on the Saudi-Yemeni border killing three Bahraini soldiers.
Bahrain accused the Houthi militant group of carrying out the drone strike, however, rebels didn't comment on the attack accusations.
A Bahraini army source confirmed the death of the first Lieutenant Hamad Khalifa al-Kubaisi on Friday as a result "Houthi attack".
The army revealed in a statement posted on social media that al-Kubaisi died while performing "his national duty".
Meanwhile, many countries decried the attack that killed four Bahraini soldiers including, France, Saudi Arabia, the United States, as well as the United Nations.
