Batelco would like to inform customers about the Company’s planned schedule for upgrading its Internet network. Once complete, thousands of additional customers will be able to benefit from Batelco’s Next Generation Network (NGN) services and Broadband speeds.
Batelco engineers will carry out work as per the following schedule:

The migration of services will take place in the early hours of the morning, to cause the least disruption to customers, starting at 4:30 am and lasting for approximately 60 minutes only.
Batelco apologises for any inconvenience caused to Internet and Fixed line customers during the upgrading process, which may cause temporary service disruption*.
“The Internet upgrade is taking place as part of Batelco’s continuous efforts to keep its network on a par with the highest international standards and meet the growing demand for enhanced Internet services,” said Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.
