Amsterdam hosts "Over the Border of Tunisia" concerts

"Over the Border of Tunisia", a series of Oud concerts will take place starting from October 30 in Amsterdam. The event will start with the concert of Rabih Abou-Khalik, who is one of the prominent Oud players in Tunisia. Abou-Khalik's concert, which is entitled "Jazz Ballads from the East" will be a synthesis of contemporary Jazz and melodies of Tunisian culture and other Arab cultures. The concert series will continue with Hesperion XXI's concert entitled "the Lost Paradise" and with Dhafer Youssef's concert entitled "Echo from the Past".
