A project to establish an American university in the Moroccan northern city of Tangiers is being finalized, said an official.
The university, dubbed “The Middle East University,” will be similar to the American universities in other countries, said governor of Tangiers, Moulay Mehdi Alaoui, quoted by the Maghrebe Arab Presse (MAP).
There are American universities in Beirut, Lebanon; Cairo, Egypt and Sharjah, UAE – Albawaba.com
