Morocco men's petanque team on Tuesday missed an opportunity to win the bronze medal at the Mediterranean Games in Almeria, Spain. The host team of Spain took the bronze after beating Morocco 13-8 in a match practically decided in a superb play by the Spaniards, scoring 5 points with only one throw. In women’s doubles, bronze went to Tunisia. The Tunisians lost in the semi finals to Spain 13-0.
Morocco and Tunisia will compete on June 30 in the finals of the precision throw of this bowls.
