ALBAWABA - A human rights advocate, representing the 30 March Movement, has filed complaints against several individuals, including five Israelis and ten Dutch citizens, who are accused of involvement in Israeli military actions in Gaza.
Lawyer Harun Raza, speaking on behalf of the movement named after the protests on "Land Day" in 1976, has disclosed to reporters from AA the details of the complaints filed against Israeli soldiers and settlers with Dutch citizenship.
Raza personally lodged some of the complaints, while others were submitted on behalf of Huda S., a Palestinian woman adversely affected by the crimes committed in Gaza.
In addition to the accusations against ten Israelis holding Dutch citizenship, numerous individuals previously implicated in Gaza-related crimes are also under scrutiny.
Furthermore, legal action has been initiated against Dutch officials, including Prime Minister Rutte, for their support of Israel despite its violations against Palestinians.
Raza called for an end to the double standards in Western politicians' approach towards Palestine and urged for legal measures against companies financially supporting Israel.
Concluding the statement, Raza reaffirmed their commitment to pursuing complaints against individuals associated with Gaza crimes, anticipating further developments in the coming weeks.
