Algeria's President Abdulaziz Bouteflika left Algiers on Tuesday for Brussels on a two-day visit to Belgium in response to an invitation extended by Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt.
During the visit, President Bouteflika is expected to hold talks with Belgian and European Union's officials on strengthening bilateral relations as well as issues of mutual interest, SPA news agency reported.
Ministers of foreign affairs; promotion of investment; commerce; and energy and mines are accompanying the President on his visit. (Albawaba.com)
