Algeria has warned against "chemical weapons handling" by terrorist groups at the 6th annual meeting of the States Parties to the Convention for the prohibition of chemical weapons (CPCW), which ended Sunday in The Hague (Netherlands).
During this two-day meeting, which brought together 90 CPCW States Parties, Senator Mohamed Mebarki, taking the stand on behalf of the Algerian delegation, highlighted the role played by Algeria for the implementation, at the domestic level, of the convention for the prohibition of chemical weapons, notably its contribution to the fight against terrorism, <i>APS</I> reported.
