Algeria will host the 7th World Trampoline-Tumbling Cup, in Algiers, from November 29 to December 3, 2004. Final of men's and women's events of individual trampoline and tumbling are on the program of the competition, the internet website of the Algerian gymnastics federation (FAG) reported.
Finals will be open to the eight best gymnasts who will reach the highest number of FIG points in qualifying rounds, during the 2003-2004 season, APS added.
"The organization of this final phase on the African ground shows the expansion of the discipline towards countries having no ancestral gymnastic tradition but endowed with a sports potential", the FAG noted in its website. (albawaba.com)
