Two Kuwaitis were barred from boarding flights home from Cairo, Egypt on Saturday, one of them because he was drunk and the other because he insisted on clutching a bottle of whisky.
According to airport officials, the crew of a first Kuwait Airways flight turned back a passenger because he refused to part company with the whisky, in spite of an Islamic ban on alcohol enforced in his home country and on its carrier, AFP reported.
Later that day, a captain refused to allow on board another Kuwaiti who was drunk. (Albawaba.com)
