UAE: Reinforcing its support to the Emiratization campaign and its commitment to the development of Fujairah, Al Taif Investment, a joint venture between Dubai Investments and Fujairah Investment Establishment, participated in the 2nd Fujairah Career and Training Fair held yesterday at Fujairah Exhibition Centre.
Launched in 2007 to promote investment in Fujairah and other emirates in the UAE, Al Taif Investment had a significant presence at the annual career fair, organized by the Department of Human Resources, Government of Fujairah. During the exhibition, officials from Al Taif Investment interacted closely with Emirati students and professionals and explored recruitment options from among the pool of National talent present at the event.
“Al Taif Investment is committed to ensure that young Nationals become an integral part of the UAE’s development process, and our participation in the Fujairah Career and Training Fair is in keeping with our corporate strategy to promote Emiratization,” said Humaid Aylan, General Manager, Al Taif Investment.
“Specialized events such as the Fujairah Career and Training Fair serve as a perfect hunting ground for local talent. Not only do such events provide National jobseekers a platform to interact with industry professionals and experts, it also gives companies an opportunity to more closely understand the needs and aspirations of young Emiratis and make informed decisions on how best to integrate them to the national mainstream,” Aylan added.
Al Taif Investment commenced operations in June 2007 with the launch of the Fujairah Business Park and The Market - two landmarks projects set to change the business landscape of Fujairah. The company plans to invest AED 2.5 billion over the next two years in a variety of real estate developments, industrial projects and Greenfield ventures.
