ALBAWABA- The Al-Qassam Brigades have claimed responsibility for luring an Israeli engineering force and detonating an anti-personnel device upon their arrival. The incident took place on George Street near Al-Tabaeen Mosque, east of the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

In their statement, the Al-Qassam Brigades stated that they lured a Zionist engineering force and detonated an explosive device, resulting in casualties, east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to Israeli media reports, sirens are sounding in Maflasim and Nir Am in the northern Gaza Strip. The Israeli Army has acknowledged significant operational pressure in Jabalia and has concluded that a tank mistakenly opened fire on a building containing Israeli soldiers.

The Israeli Army stated that investigations revealed that our forces mistakenly fired on a building where our soldiers were stationed in Jabalia.
