ALBAWABA - Al Jazeera cameraman Mohammed Salama was killed in an Israeli attack on Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza.
In addition, Al Jazeera reported that four journalists; Mohammed Salama, Palestinian photojournalist Husam al-Masri, Mariam Abu Daga and Moath Abu Taha, were killed in the same attack, in addition to 11 others.
According to the media, 14 people were killed in the attack on Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza.
Moreover, two other journalists were also injured in the same Israeli bombing of the Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza.
Saleh Aljafarawi, a Palestinian journalist, posted a photo of Mohammed Salama and mourned him by saying, "The martyrdom of my friend, beloved, and brother, Al Jazeera channel cameraman Muhammad Salama [Asmar]."
He added, "I lived with him through every siege of Nasser Hospital, and we filmed together, ate and drank, slept and woke up together."
Local sources reported that the bombing directly targeted the fourth floor of Nasser Hospital, followed by a second attack on the Al-Yassin building within the complex, using a suicide drone, while efforts were underway to retrieve the dead and wounded from the first attack.
The Civil Defense added that one of its personnel was killed and seven others were injured while attempting to rescue the wounded and retrieve the dead following the bombing of the Nasser Medical Complex.
