Set in its own avant-garde building, Akaru Spa at the Aviation Club reflects aesthetic charm and originality. By enhancing elements within the spa environment, Akaru has gone one step ahead in providing the ultimate spa experience for its visitors.
The interior has been done with a spirit of free-flowing energy, allowing harmonious walks between the different treatment rooms, the refined changing rooms and the relaxation areas. The fourteen treatment rooms as well as the relaxation areas, sauna and hammam are a true haven of relaxation, tranquility, and revitalizing intimacy.
Burning oils adds a soothing scent. Upon arrival, guests are offered a choice of calming or energizing infusions and are presented with an extensive music menu, enabling them to enjoy their treatment at their own beat. After the treatment, they are invited to relax in a comfortable lounge where they are presented with a fruit platter and refreshments.
Akaru Spa offers a range of specialized facials, facelifts and eyelifts by GUINOT, THALGO body wraps and envelopment treatments that soothe body and mind, while PAYOT offers unparalleled treatments for slimming and cellulite reduction.
The new rage in the paramedical therapy is the Oxyspa; an egg-shaped capsule in which visitors lie down for a recharge of oxygen. All spa treatments are carried out by highly trained specialists.
A special feature of the Akaru Spa is a floor dedicated for men. With a separate entrance and a welcoming lobby, the men’s section is similar in ambience to the ladies area. Akaru Spa is open seven days a week from 10am to 10pm.
