An airstrike in northeastern Syria killed two senior Daesh leaders, Reuters reported.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights identified the leaders as an Iraqi, Abu Osama al-Iraqi, and a Syrian named Amer al-Rafdan.

Observatory head Rami Abdulrahman said it was not immediately clear where the strike in Hasakah province was carried out by the Syrian air force or by a US-led coalition.
