Ahli United Bank (AUB) hosted three students from the Crown Prince's Leadership Program for Youth, an initiative organised and managed by the Crown Prince's Court, over the period of 11-22 July 2010.

The program, which brings together some of Bahrain's best and brightest students, is designed to provide them with the opportunity to work in a professional business environment and to get an insight into the management and operations of a major corporation such as AUB.

Over the two weeks, the selected students, Hussain Ali Al Fardan, Mohamed Mahdi Al Zayer and Qassim Ahmed Al Baqqali, had a chance to meet senior managers and officers from the Bank's various departments and gain an understanding of AUB's operations and lines of business as well as its core products and services.

Faiza Saeed, Acting Head of Human Resources, AUB, said: "AUB has been participating in the Program every year since it was launched in 2003. The Bank is committed to the development of the nation's youth by equipping them with the necessary theoretical, practical and leadership skills required for them to contribute to the progress of Bahrain".
