The 20th meeting of the chiefs of staff of the AGCC armed forces opened at the Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel on Sunday.
The meeting was chaired by Lt. General Khamis bin Humaid al-Kalbani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan Armed Forces, the Oman News Agency ONA reported.
Speaking at the beginning of the meeting, Al-Kalbani welcomed the guests and expressed hope that the 20th regular meeting of the AGCC chiefs of staff would “enhance further the process of military coordination among the AGCC armed forces”, ONA said.
Attending the meeting was also Major-General Ali bin Salim Al-Ma’amari, AGCC Assistant Secretary-General for Military Affairs. (Albawaba.com)
